Aperion Audio unveils the Aperion Verus Forte home theater speakers

The Verus Forte was engineered from the start for highly accurate sound reproduction that immerses movie and music lovers into a performance.

“We worked to produce uncolored, authentic sound in a small form-factor speaker by achieving a flat frequency response, a power response that slowly and evenly rolls off toward the highs and the lowest possible distortion,” says Ken Humphreys, Aperion’s lead speaker engineer and a 25-year-veteran of speaker and component design for the audio industry’s most respected brands. “The Axially Stabilized Radiator tweeter we developed specifically for the Verus family handles a range beneath most tweeters, supporting the mid-range driver so the mid-high frequencies are as crystal clear as those at the top of the range.”

Like the Verus Grand series, the new Verus Forte line is a high-end complement to Aperion Audio’s award-winning Aperion Intimus line of home theater speakers.

You're going to have to act fast though, as we're not sure if the discount will still be available tomorrow.

Why you should buy the Epson Home Cinema 2350 projector
The Epson Home Cinema 2350 projector is capable of projecting videos with 4K Ultra HD quality and sizes of up to 500 inches, so in some ways it's even better than watching movies in the cinemas. Spatial audio via headphones: how science crams 9 speakers and a subwoofer inside your head
A diagram of headphone-based spatial audio.

Spatial audio is having a moment. While the goal of offering a more immersive, 3D-like listening experience may have been born in movie theaters, much of the conversation around spatial audio has switched to music -- specifically, the relatively new availability of Dolby Atmos Music tracks via music streaming services.

Spatial audio’s appeal is no mystery. When you combine one of the first novel ways of listening to music since stereo — coupled with Apple’s prodigious marketing might — you get a lot of people wanting to try it.

The Sonos One SL wireless speaker on a bedside table.

Sonos is one of the most popular brands in the audio industry, so if you're looking at speaker deals, you wouldn't want to miss this chance to get the Sonos One SL for a very cheap price of $159 from Best Buy. We're not sure how much time is remaining on this $41 discount from the wireless speaker's original price of $200 though, so if you don't want to miss out, we're recommending that you complete your purchase right away. Every minute of delay increases the risk of having this offer slip through your fingers.

Why you should buy the Sonos One SL wireless speaker
The Sonos One SL is a cheaper version of the first-generation Sonos One, but it retains most of the features that made the latter an extremely popular wireless speaker ahead of its successor -- the second-generation Sonos One that's featured in our list of the best smart speakers. The Sonos One SL is capable of stereo sound if you pair two of them, as well as multi-room playback if you have more than one of the wireless speaker installed around your home. With a tweeter and a mid-woofer, the Sonos One SL will be able to fill your room with high-quality audio.
