Digital Trends named one of the fastest growing private companies in America

Portland, Ore., August 23, 2016 – Inc. magazine has ranked Digital Trends as No. 2292 on it’s 35th annual Inc. 5000 list, representing a prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies! The list celebrates innovation and entrepreneurial success and is the place where future household names first make their mark, including companies such as Pandora,  Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Yelp.

Honorees are ranked according to the percentage growth of their annual revenue over a three-year period. Digital Trends saw a whopping 158% growth and $20.5 million total in generated revenue. In addition, the companies on the list this year collectively generated 640,000 jobs over the past three years, or about 8% of all jobs created in the entire economy during that period.

Significantly faster SSDs will become available in 2022 thanks to the impending arrival of the PCIe 5.0 standard, and with CES around the corner, one company has teased its first PCIe Gen 5 M.2 SSDs.

Adata, a Taiwanese memory and storage manufacturer, confirmed its presence for CES 2022, an upcoming technology conference where companies showcase their latest products. Adata in particular will unveil product lines ranging from DDR5 memory to gaming peripherals.

NASA continues its push to commercialize low-Earth orbit, with the announcement of three companies that have been chosen to design private space stations. As the International Space Station ages and approaches retirement, NASA is providing funding for private companies to plan out potential replacements which could take over its research functions.
