Bandai Namco published a new countdown website Friday morning, which is counting some kind of mystery game announcement. The 72-hour timer on www.bne-project.com began at 8:00 a.m. ET Friday, and will end on Monday, December 21, at 8:00 a.m. ET.
Bandai Namco announced the arrival of the teaser site on Twitter Friday morning.

The site also features the branding #Mysteriousgame, as well as momentary flashes of a non-descript stone doorway, and a series of sentences in various languages, which flash on the screen every few minutes. According to translations from SiliconEra, the phrases are:
- “El trabajo en equipo nos mostrará el camino,” which means “teamwork will lead the way” in Spanish.
- “Gibt es noch hoffnung,” which is German for “is there still hope?”
- “Non torneremo indietro,” which means “not going back” in Italian.
- “Reste-t-il de l’espoir?” French for “is there any hope left?”
- “Es gibt kein entkommen,” means “there is no escape” in German.
At least one of the phrases is repeated in multiple languages if you watch long enough.
SiliconEra also reported that fans believe the site may announce an English localization of God Eater 2: Rage Burst, an expanded edition of the game ported to PS Vita and PS4 in Japan in February, 2015. One fan, Ken Bladehart, posted an in-game screenshot that matches one of the images shown on the teaser site. Dualshockers also reported that the site likely teases an English localization of a God Eater title, but noted it could be either Rage Burst or God Eater: Resurrection, a remake of God Eater: Burst released on PS4 in October, 2015. As with all rumors, it would be a good idea to take these suggestions with a grain of salt. After all, we’ll find out exactly what Bandai Namco plans to announce when the timer hits zero Monday morning.
