When Call of Duty Elite was first announced a couple of months ago, the reveal was accompanied by word from Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg that top Hollywood talent would be developing exclusive content for the service. Hirshberg offered a little more detail on that today when he spoke at the 13th Annual Pacific Crest Global Technology Leadership Forum in Vail, Colo.

The publisher is putting together “exclusive episodic content just for the Call of Duty community,” Hirshberg revealed (via USA Today). Arrested Development stars Jason Bateman and Will Arnett, The Office executive producer Ben Silverman and filmmaker siblings Ridley and Tony Scott are all involved.

“Just like any other passion that people spend a lot of their free time doing, Call of Duty players share a common language and a common experience and we think we can create some entertainment content that they will love and talk about and share,” Hirshberg said. “Call of Duty has become more than a game. It has become a pop culture phenomenon with 30 million players.”
