In conjunction with Computex, Toshiba announced a slew of new products. Gamers and AiO lovers will be glad to hear that Toshiba is rolling out two new systems to appeal to gaming and entertainment enthusiasts, respectively.

Qosmio X75

First up is the Qosmio X75 gaming laptop, a notebook designed to provide game-driven support and power. The internals on this machine flaunt a powerful fourth-generation Intel Core i7 processor packed with Intel Turbo Boost technology. There are four available memory slots which can be configured to house up to 32GBs of RAM. All of this is semi-dedicated to powering an impressive Nvidia GTX 770M video card with 3GB of GDDR5 discrete graphics memory. Nvidia also found a way to save some battery life thanks to its Optimus technology.

Moving to the exterior, we have a large, 17.3-inch diagonal Full HD TrueBrite display. Though it’s not widely used within the industry yet, the Qosmio also provides 4K UltraHD (3840 x 2160) HDMI output, so users can play movies and games on 4K TVs and take advantage of four times the resolution of full HD content. Toshiba promises unique features for the screen, including some high-end entertainment settings that are perfect for advanced PC users, creative professionals, and hardcore gamers. Below the screen is a frameless, LED-backlit keyboard complete with a full num keypad. The Qosmio is wrapped up tight in brushed Aluminum, featuring Toshiba’s Black Widow styling, along with some red chrome accents and a sleek, glowing red Qosmio logo. Other features include high-speed USB 3.0 ports and audio via a set of internal Harman Kardon speakers.

Like it did with its Kirabook, Toshiba’s also throwing in Adobe Photoshop Premiere Elements. The Toshiba Qosmio X75 gaming laptop will be available June 10 at a starting price of $1,550.

Toshiba PX35t

Sliding from the gaming sector and into the general entertainment market we have the Toshiba PX35t All-in-One PC. This massive AiO is part desktop, part sound system, and part “big-screen” television.  The first thing you’ll notice about the PX35t is the rather large 23-inch diagonal Full 1080p HD touchscreen display. The screen is encapsulated in a sleek, striking design, and it takes up little desk space thanks to its compact, edge-to-edge glass styling. The system includes 10-finger multi-touch capabilities with a fingerprint-resistant coating. If touch isn’t your thing, you can still make use of the included raised-tile keyboard and artistically-designed mouse.

On the inside, the PX35t is a powerhouse media machine. You’ll be able to fully configure your setup, choosing from a variety of 4th-gen Core i3, i5, and i7 processors, as well as up to 16GB of RAM and Nvidia 740M graphics. The HDMI port allows you to hook this AiO into game consoles, cable boxes, and a variety of other media devices. You’ll have plenty of room to store all your media goodies too, thanks to a 1TB 7200RPM HDD. The PX35t also features a fully integrated sound system complete with two Harman Kardon stereo speakers. Other add-ons include an integrated DVD player (with optional Blu-ray), two high-speed USB 3.0 ports, and a Bluetooth 4.0 system.

The Toshiba PX35t should be available Jun 10, and will run for a starting price of $1,030.

4 desk lamps I’d actually recommend for your back-to-school study setup
Good lighting won't do your homework, but it'll help you actually finish it.
desk lamp with white wall behind it

Back-to-school season means new notebooks, a planner you'll abandon by October, and way too many hours spent hunched over a desk lit by nothing but your laptop screen. If you've ever pulled an all-nighter or squinted through an assignment at 2 AM, you already know a good desk lamp isn't optional. It's survival gear.

I went through a bunch of options this year and picked four that actually earn a spot on your desk, whether you're working with a dorm-room budget or setting up a proper home office.

Kimi K3 is now available to download, modify, and host independently
Art, Drawing, Plant

Moonshot AI has released the full weights for Kimi K3, giving developers the freedom to download, modify, fine-tune, and host the model themselves. The move comes shortly after K3’s debut, when Moonshot’s benchmarks placed it close to Claude Fable 5 and GPT-5.6 Sol, and even ahead in a handful of tests. K3 has 2.8 trillion parameters and a 1-million-token context window.
