Anker’s EufyMake UV printer could handle wood, metal, glass, and acrylic, but it never managed fabric. At IFA 2026, Anker previewed its first personal fabric printer, a compact desktop machine that can print directly onto T-shirts, tote bags, hats, jeans, and other fabric items. It’s scheduled for a Q1 2027 launch, but there’s no official name or price yet.

One printer combines two professional fabric printing methods

Anker’s new machine supports both Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. DTG prints designs directly onto fabric for a soft, breathable finish, which works well for T-shirts. DTF creates the design on a film first, then transfers it with a heat press, making it compatible with a wider range of materials. You can even add gold or silver foil to those DTF prints.

Both methods work on the same garment, though not at the same time, and Anker says colors stay accurate on light and dark fabrics alike. There’s a bonus for anyone who’s into embroidery. Multi-color embroidery machines are expensive, but this printer can add full color to designs stitched by a much cheaper single-color machine.

Anker also built in an intelligent cleaning system that monitors the printhead and automatically adjusts maintenance to help prevent white ink clogs, a common headache with fabric printers.

Existing E1 owners are getting free upgrades too

If you already own the UV Printer E1, some useful updates are heading your way at no cost. A software update will introduce:

  • Bidirectional printing that lets the single printhead work in both directions, roughly doubling print speed without adding hardware.
  • A new Idea-to-Image workflow that suggests printing settings based on your material and reduces setup time as well as trial and error.

Anker is also launching a Roll-to-Film Attachment in late September, followed by a High-Capacity Continuous Ink Supply System in Q4 2026, both aimed at longer, higher-volume print jobs. Oh, and eufyMake as a brand name is going away entirely, since Anker is folding all its sub-brands under one name.

The printer is just one piece of Anker’s IFA 2026 lineup, which also includes MindBase, a hub built to run your entire home security setup, and a new range of chargers and power banks focused on heat management and battery longevity.
