Palladium has long been known for the company’s signature fold-over sneaker boot, which has served many as a sort of upgraded, more rugged Converse Chuck Taylor. The boots and sneakers are available in many different styles, but all retain a simplicity that is true to the brand. Palladium is now expanding to include a small line of bags in the collection, which also seem to maintain the rugged simplicity of the brand’s shoes. Above is the Messenger Pocket ($80) bag, which offers classic styling and convenient pockets for storage. The bag is made from 20 oz. cotton canvas and has plaid interior lining as well as a padded laptop sleeve with velcro closure. Interior and exterior pockets ensure that there will be room for all of your gadgets, and an adjustable canvas strap plus leather carry handle make this a carry-anywhere type of bag. Gunmetal hardware and a leather Palladium logo patch finish off the look, which has enough structure for the office but is low-key enough for the weekend. If you want to look a bit more polished, try the all-black version instead of the green. The new line of bags also includes a slightly different messenger style and a simple everyday backpack.
