“Players Only with Scott Steinberg” Blows the Lid off Casual Games

Technology supersite Digital Trends today announced the availability of episode two of Internet video show “Players Only with Scott Steinberg,” which offers an in-depth look at 2008’s most successful gaming phenomenon: casual games. Produced and created by Digital Trends and available for free download and viewing at http://www.digitaltrends.com/playersonly, the latest installment in the 10-episode PC and video game series also explores the changing face of gaming’s audience, mobile/cell phone entertainment, global gaming communities and how the medium is bringing friends and families closer together.

Covering topics ranging from the art of video games to professional gaming, women’s increasing interest in the field and next-generation consoles such as PlayStation 3, Wii and Xbox 360, new episodes of “Players Only” will debut online at http://www.digitaltrends.com/playersonly every Friday from April 4-June 6, 2008.
