You can tell more than the time with the sleek Samsung’s Gear S2 smartwatch. The Gear S2 full specs and features a circular design and a 360 x 360 AMOLED touchscreen that offers crisp images and sharp texts on a compact 1.2-inch display. You’ll also appreciate its intuitive rotating bezel that makes for easy navigation through apps, widgets, and smart notifications once paired with a compatible device via Bluetooth. Since this watch sports Tizen’s OS, it should work well on both Android and iOS platforms. The drawback is that you may be limited to Tizen’s set of apps, but Samsung’s fitness app will more than makeup for it.

Stay on top of your fitness regimen with S Health which works as a fitness tracker. Several built-in features, such as the watch’s accelerometer, gyroscope barometer, and heart rate monitor, comprehensively track your activity and progress. A programmable notification can be activated to remind you to get moving again after being inactive. Though it may lack GPS functionality, you’ll be able to gauge the number of steps you take and your pace, as well as input dietary goals for calories, water, and caffeine intake.

An IP68 rating means it’s able to withstand dust, sweat, and submersion in water up to a meter deep for 30-minutes. Encased in stainless steel under scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass, Samsung’s S2 is geared for everyday use.

A smartwatch that matches function with style, the Gear S2 can adapt to your personality with three customizable watch faces. A wireless charging dock should prove useful for limitless connectivity. Time’s a-wasting, get yourself in great shape and save $112 with Amazon's sale on the Samsung Gear S2 .

Google’s Stephen Curry Pixel Watch 5 is an expensive affair that ends at the strap
Google wants €31 extra for a Pixel Watch band that eventually gives up
Stephen Curry Pixel Watch 5

Google's upcoming Pixel Watch 5 Stephen Curry Special Edition is shaping up to be a fairly straightforward Pixel Watch 5 with a more distinctive strap and a roughly $35 premium. The bigger question is whether the extra cost gets you anything that will actually last.

According to leaked Google marketing material obtained by MyMobiles, the special edition will cost €579.99 in Europe. It is based on the 45mm LTE Pixel Watch 5, making it the most expensive standard configuration in the lineup. The regular 45mm LTE model is expected to cost €549, putting the Curry edition about €31 more expensive.

I’m done charging things that never leave my desk
Wireless peripherals are better than ever, but I’m starting to value the devices that ask absolutely nothing of me
Computer, Computer Hardware, Computer Keyboard

I have two pairs of wireless earbuds that I rotate during long gaming sessions. When one starts complaining about its battery, I swap in the other pair and put the first one on charge. It’s a mildly ridiculous system, but it works. Apparently, my gaming setup now requires something resembling shift work.

Then my mouse died in the middle of a game.

The Pixel 11 is almost here, but I’m more excited about what could come with it
Maroon, Text

It’s August, which means one thing if you follow smartphones even remotely closely: new Pixels are almost here. Google is holding its next Made by Google event on August 12, and this year, we’re expecting another packed lineup of phones. The Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold are all expected to take the stage. Yes, that’s the same four-phone lineup Google gave us last year, but the interesting part will obviously be what’s changing underneath. Between the usual camera improvements, new hardware, and whatever AI tricks Google has been cooking up, there should be plenty to talk about.

And the phones may only be part of the story. Google is expected to have a few more announcements up its sleeve, making this one of its biggest hardware events of the year. So, if you’re planning to tune in, here’s when the Made by Google event starts, how you can watch it, and everything we expect Google to announce.
