This monstrous Asus gaming PC is a bargain at $1,200 — save $250

Newegg

Asus is building up ROG’s reputation as a brand for powerful but affordable gaming PCs, and the ROG Strix GL10DH continues that plan. Asus doesn’t hold back on impressive features for the $1,450 gaming PC, but if you buy it through Newegg, you will be able to purchase the ROG Strix GL10DH with a $250 discount for a hard-to-pass price of $1,200.

The Asus ROG Strix GL10DH is the first ROG desktop PC powered by AMD, specifically the eight-core, 3.6 GHz AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, which combines with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 Super GPU and 16 GB DDR4 memory for smooth gameplay. The PC’s 512GB NVMe SSD provides ample storage for your favorite games, while also enabling fast loading times.

The ROG Strix GL10DH can run popular titles such as Fortnite and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds at Full HD resolution with triple-digit frame rates. The gaming PC is also VR ready, for players who want to immerse themselves in virtual reality.

Long hours of gaming won’t be a problem for the ROG Strix GL10DH, as it features two isolated air chambers that provide cleaner airflow to help keep it cool. With this, the heat generated by the CPU and GPU in the upper chamber doesn’t warm up the power supply unit and the HDDs in the lower chamber.

The ROG Strix GL10DH also looks cool with the futuristic design of its chassis and Aura Sync lighting that may be customized to match compatible accessories. The lights may be controlled through the ROG Armoury Crate software, which also manages the preferred settings for up to four profiles while showing system statistics to make sure that everything is in order.

The Asus ROG Strix GL10DH is not the most powerful gaming PC ever built, but its sleek design and optimized performance gives you a lot of bang for your buck. It is already a great deal at $1,450, and if you are planning to buy a gaming PC, it’s hard to refuse Newegg’s offer that slashes $250 off to take the ROG Strix GL10DH’s price down to $1,200. There’s no telling how long the discount will last, so don’t think twice and hit the Buy Now button.

Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop -- $751, was $950

The Acer Nitro 5 is a good gaming laptop to consider if you’re looking for some value. It has internal hardware that’s hard to find at such a great price, including a 12th-generation Intel processor with eight cores, 16GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card, which is an entry-level GPU. These work together to make your gaming experience immersive and smooth, and a 512GB solid-state drive makes for a lot of space to store your favorite PC games.
