The Hunger Games‘ Josh Hutcherson has taken on his share of dramatic roles in recent years, but now he’s got a very different project in the works. The actor is set to star in Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg’s upcoming Hulu pilot, Future Man, reports Variety.

The half-hour comedy pilot will focus on Josh Futterman (played by Hutcherson), who works as a janitor at a sexual disease research center and who also happens to be one of the world’s best gamers. Josh doesn’t exactly have the makings of a typical hero: He still lives with his parents, can’t talk to women, and is awkward and short on self-confidence. Nonetheless, he’ll find himself in a position to save the world when visitors from the future proclaim him essential to squashing an impending super-race invasion and preventing the extinction of humanity.

Although Hutcherson filmed a few different pilots in his early career, his TV gigs have been relatively sparse. The actor’s resume features far more film roles, including his portrayal of Peeta in The Hunger Games film franchise (most recently in Mockingjay — Part 2), and the upcoming In Dubious Battle. Hutcherson will also star in The Disaster Artist, a film due out later this year, which Rogen and Goldberg worked on as well.

Rogen and Goldberg have teamed up for numerous comedies over the years, including Superbad, Pineapple ExpressThe Interview, Neighbors and its upcoming sequel, and more. They have certainly proven their comedic prowess, so the pilot seems like an excellent vehicle for Hutcherson to get his comedic groove going. Rogen and Goldberg serve as executive producers for the Future Man pilot with Matt Tolmach, and Hutcherson will produce through his production company, Turkeyfoot.

The pilot is written by Kyle Hunter and Ariel Shaffir, and will be directed by Rogen and Goldberg.

A WWE Premium Live Event (PLE) is heading to Lyon Metropolis for the first time for WWE Backlash France 2024. Since the formation of TKO in September 2023, WWE has prioritized global expansion. Heading into Backlash, WWE is entering the "American Nightmare Era." After finishing his story at WrestleMania 40, Cody Rhodes is now the Undisputed WWE Champion. A different era means a new crop of challengers for Rhodes. First up is AJ Styles, a former two-time WWE champion. Rhodes must bring his A-game if he wants to walk out of France as champion.

If you have to watch one Star Wars movie this May the 4th, stream this one
Luke looking off into the binary sunset before dying in The Last Jedi.

Every Star Wars fan has a favorite movie, and many Star Wars fans also hate at least one of the entries in one of their favorite franchises. That can make the exercise of choosing the perfect Star Wars movie to watch on May the 4th difficult. For all of the love this fan base has shown to the franchise over the years, it's also a fan base that has strong opinions about why one movie or another is worthy of your time.

This May 4, though, I'd recommend watching Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Almost undoubtedly the most controversial entry in the saga, one that makes some people furious and others jump for joy, The Last Jedi is worthy of your attention, whether you like what it's doing or not. Here are three reasons you should check it out:
Luke gets to live the Jedi legend
