The Xbox One continues to sell in big numbers, as Microsoft reminded us earlier this week, and you’ll be able to nab one in time for December 24 – that’s Christmas Eve in certain circles – as part of one of Best Buy’s five new bundles, all of which are available to purchase on the retailer’s website. It doesn’t appear to be possible to purchase the $499.99 console on its own at this point, but the bundles – which start as low as $529.99 – all appear to be available for delivery by December 24. That’s more than can be said for the PlayStation 4 bundles.
The $530 bundle packs the console along with a one-year Xbox Live Gold subscription, and it may be the best deal of the bunch given the $50 price tag that one year of Xbox Live Gold typically carries. Two $560 bundles include either an extra controller or a copy of Call of Duty: Ghosts with your console, depending on which you choose. The step up from there to the $590 bundle includes an extra controller and a 12-month Xbox Live Gold subscription. Finally, the $650 “Cadillac” edition (our nickname, not Best Buy’s) includes a controller, a 12-month Xbox Live Gold subscription, and a copy of Call of Duty: Ghosts.
Sorry, Battlefield fans. You’re stuck with a broken game and nothing to play it on.
