Bill Clinton to cameo in The Hangover 2

bill-clinton-photographWe already know Bill Clinton can act, but we’ll soon find out if he’s a comedian. People reports that the former president will make a cameo appearance in The Hangover 2. Clinton, who plays himself, shot his appearance while in Bangkok, Thailand Saturday. Always the multitasker, the President was already in the country to make a speech about clean energy. TMZ shot picture ‘proof’ of his appearance on the film’s set.

The Hangover 2 looks to continue a popular trend from its predecessor. In The Hangover, Mike Tyson made a cameo appearance when the gang–Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, and Ed Helms–got black out drunk and stole a tiger from his mansion. Tyson put on a terrible performance, but people loved it. Since The Hangover grossed $277.3 million dollars, and is the third most successful R-rated movie of all time, Hollywood executives want to keep a good thing going. Liam Neeson will also make a cameo as a tattoo artist, taking the place of Mel Gibson, who was dropped after cast members objected to working with him.

We know a few details about the sequel so far. It takes place in Thailand (obviously), Zach Galifianakis becomes a monk and shaves his head, and Ed Helms gets a Tyson-like tribal tattoo on his face. Sounds strange enough. The Hangover 2 hits theaters May 26, 2011.

10 things you need to know about Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse
Miles swings into action in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

Just like that, Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) and his extra-dimensional spider-pals are web-slinging back into our lives with Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. The sensational 2018 film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse dazzled audiences with a colorful splash of comic book-themed animation while highlighting the journey of young Miles Morales into the world of superheroism. As both film titles imply, Miles' Spider-Man isn't alone. There's a vast multiverse littered with countless variations of the wallcrawler, and in this sequel, Miles is seemingly still holding onto his connection with Gwen Stacy (Hailee Steinfeld), a Spider-Woman from another universe who aided him in saving the multiverse.

Across the Spider-Verse promises fans a bigger and bolder expansion of the interdimensional Spider-people network than we already know. Just how far does the rabbit hole go? With so many people sharing the same web-slinging moniker and powers, the real question becomes: is there an inherent fate or destiny all Spider-people have in common that makes them who they are? It's a question that Miles will ultimately confront in his latest adventure. If you're prepared to zip across dimensions with our favorite animated Spider-Man, there are some facts surrounding the film that might interest you and amplify your excitement.
1. Phil Lord and Christopher Miller are among the writers attached to the film

Across the Spider-Verse’s ending sets up an Endgame-sized sequel
Gwen Stacy stands next to Peter B. Parker in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is a massive film — so massive, in fact, that its story can’t be told in just 2 hours and 16 minutes. Instead, the long-awaited sequel to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse ends with, of all things, a title card that literally says, “To be continued…” Fortunately, while some may be disappointed by the unfinished way that Across the Spider-Verse ends, it doesn’t cut to black without laying the groundwork for a sequel that certainly seems primed to be the biggest animated superhero film ever.

That sequel not only already has a title, Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, but also a March 29, 2024 release date. That means comic book fans have just a little less than a year to wait until they finally get to see the full arc of Miles Morales’ (Shameik Moore) latest web-slinging big-screen adventure. Although it’d be foolish at this point to outright predict what surprises may lie in store in Beyond the Spider-Verse, too, it’s definitely been set up to be a bigger blockbuster than both Across the Spider-Verse and its 2018 predecessor.
