Native Shoes offers two new styles for spring

Canadian brand Native Shoes is expanding its footwear line with two new styles coming out this spring. The company makes sporty, lightweight EVA-material shoes in the same vein as fashion faux-pas Crocs, but in classic casual styles that won’t land you on the worst-dressed list. The line already includes a classic tennis shoe (The Miller), a mocassin (The Corrado), and a Chuck Taylor-inspired style (The Jefferson) in both classic colors and bright alternatives.

Coming into the collection for spring is The Jericho (below) and The Howard (above). The Jericho is a classic, thin-soled tennis shoe style that is only available for women this spring, but will reach the men’s department in the fall. The Howard is a dressier take on the EVA footwear, inspired by a two-eyelet boat shoe. Native Shoes was kind enough to send us some samples to try out and we are pleased to report that the new styles are both remarkably comfortable and surprisingly versatile.

The shoes are lightweight, odor-resistant, and antimicrobial. Perforations in the shoes add to the signature style and keep your feet cool and dry. The Jericho is the brand’s take on the classic Keds style and functions as a comfortable, dressed up flip-flop. Anything you would wear flip-flops with would certainly look better with a pair of brightly-colored Jerichos on your feet. The Howard provides better cushion and more arch support than some of the other styles, and seems particularly versatile in the more toned-down neutral colors. The company has also released a fun video from their spring collection photoshoot. Check it out below if you’d like to see the quirky shoes in action.

How to format the microSD card on Tapo security cameras
The Tapo C120 out in the rain.

One of the most compelling features of Tapo products (like the Wire-Free 2K Outdoor Cam and Indoor/Outdoor Cam) is support for local storage. Many Tapo security cameras let you install a microSD card, so you don't have to rely on cloud storage to save all your videos – instead, they're neatly stored right on your camera. Before you can start using local storage, however, you'll need to format your microSD card. Tapo has some pretty strict requirements for how this works, but the process itself is remarkably simple.

Ready to start saving all your video clips locally? Here's how to format the microSD card on your Tapo security camera.

It's capable of filming in HD and offering support for outdoor use when paired with an optional accessory, making it a great choice for shoppers on a budget. But is the Ring Stick Up Cam Pro a better investment than the affordable Blink Mini 2? From pricing and video resolution to the installation process and additional features, here's a look at the Blink Mini 2 and Ring Stick Up Cam Pro to help you decide which is the best choice for your home.
