Trinity: Souls of Zill O’ll releases its final trailer

To most, the world of Zill O’ll is going to be an unknown commodity. The series is fairly well known in Japan, and minus some brief flirtations with American audiences that were more geared towards fans of imports rather than a mainstream audience, most won’t have heard of the world this game is based in.  Omega Force and Tecmo Koei are banking on the fact that what made the franchise popular in Japan will translate to American audiences, when they  introduce the franchise to the U.S. next month.

Trinity: Souls of Zill O’ll is an action RPG, with three playable characters on a quest that takes them through the world of Zill O’ll. Each character has his or her own specialties, as well as their own story and reasons for joining the group.

The first character is Areus, a character with human and elven origins. After years of living under discrimination due to his mixed heritage, he has grown up callous and alone. He finds his calling as a gladiator, but soon is forced to follow a different path towards revenge. In terms of gameplay, he balances magic and weapons-based attacks. Joining Areus is Dagada, a warrior that comes from a long line of warriors, and is able to utilize his strength in order to impact the environments. The third and final character is Selne an assassin, and the last of a tribe of vampires known as the Darkenith. She combines speed and stealth with magic. Her reasons for travelling with the group is the least well known.

We originally had a chance to play a hands-on version at E3, and while the game was still far from complete, the most obvious thing that stood out was the look of the game. The graphics are designed to combine standard video game animations, with a look akin to an oil painting. The results are something fresh and original.

Trinity: Souls of Zill O’ll was originally released in Japan back in November, but it will hit American shores as a PS3 exclusive on February 8, 2011.

GTA 6: release date speculation, trailer, gameplay, and more
Lucia and her partner rob a store in GTA 6.

Believe it or not, it has been over a decade since the last GTA game. While tons of people are still dumping hundreds of hours into GTA Online, everyone has been (not so) patiently waiting for Rockstar to finally confirm that a new entry is in the works. Despite many leaks and rumors, the team held strong until late 2023. Now that the game is finally confirmed, we have a lot more solid ground to cover in terms of what Grand Theft Auto 6 will be. This is going to be the biggest game of the generation, if not all time, so let's hotwire a car and pull off a heist to get all the information about GTA 6 there is.
GTA 6 release date speculation

Along with the official announcement trailer for GTA 6, we got a release window for the game. While it is a little disappointing, we won't be exploring the next open-world phenomenon until sometime in 2025.

Is Rust cross-platform?
A player firing an assault rifle in Rust

Rust is one of the unique gaming experiences out there -- you wake up naked on a beach, scavenge for tools, build a home for yourself and your friends, and then watch that base be pummeled by rockets as another group of players destroys everything you've worked so hard for. One of the most popular survival games on the market, Rust is a brutal game, and playing it with friends makes the ups and downs of a server lifecycle bearable.

If you're looking to jump onto a Rust server with a buddy, you'll want to come prepared. Here's what you need to know about crossplay and Rust.
Is Rust cross-platform?
Rust is available on most major gaming platforms, but it isn't entirely cross-platform. Players on consoles -- PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One -- are able to play with each other, but PC players are in a completely separate world.
