Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga: All Datacard locations
Obi-wan has a bad feeling.

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is jam-packed with content. Aside from just retelling the entire story of all nine mainline Star Wars films, which itself is a huge amount to go through, the game has thousands of characters, collectibles, cheats, and optional objectives and side activities that can easily double, or perhaps triple, your time with the game. There are some collectibles, however, that are more important than the rest. In the case of Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, there are two prime examples of this: Kyber Bricks and Datacards.

Unlike Kyber Bricks, which there are over 1,000 of in the game, Datacards are much more limited. Their rarity also makes them highly valuable since you will need to seek them out to spend them on the all-important, or just plain fun, extras the game offers. In total, there are only 19 of these hidden items spread across Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, and they are all found in the various open-world areas of the game, meaning they can be extra hard to track down. Going in episodic order, we've charted out your course for all the Datacard locations in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.

Rey explors Ahch-To in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.

In real life, the stud Lego pieces are kind of useless. However, in every single Lego game, including Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, they are perhaps the most important ones to collect. Ever since the first game, Studs have been repurposed into the game's currency instead of using something like gold or coins. But the developers didn't tune their economy to follow realistic conversions. No, in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga you will need to collect millions, perhaps even billions, of studs depending on how many of the game's extras you want to unlock.

Collecting billions of, well, anything can sound so overwhelming that you might not even want to attempt it. If this is your first Lego game, then we understand where you're coming from, but the fact is The Skywalker Saga gives you plenty of tools to make your Stud collecting go substantially faster than you might think. Without knowing these tips, though, you could easily spend more than 10 times longer than necessary rounding up these little plastic disks. If you want to know the absolute fastest way to earn Studs in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga so you can unlock everything without grinding, check out these vital tips.

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga: The best upgrades for each character class
The cast of Lego star wars posing on a hill.

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is still a Lego game at heart. You will get a comedic, yet faithful, depiction of all nine mainline films from the legendary sci-fi film franchise, only wrapped in a Lego shell. The game itself is still focused on light combat, platforming, puzzle-solving, and tons and tons of collecting, but Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga improves upon that formula in some substantial ways. For one, the combat itself is far more dynamic and involved than ever before, but adding on to that, the introduction of nine upgradable classes that each character falls into gives some fun RPG elements as well.

With hundreds upon hundreds of characters to find and unlock in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, there was no way each one could individually have their own set of skills and upgrades without being vastly overwhelming. Instead, every character falls into one of nine classes that share upgrades, as well as core upgrades that apply to every single character. Even narrowed down, that are still a ton of upgrades you will need to spend your hard-earned Kyber Bricks on. Rather than waste time training skills you won't find useful, here are all the best upgrades you should get for each character class in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
