Pictures from Minsk, Belarus and Wargaming’s 15th anniversary

Although Wargaming.net has since moved its headquarters to Cyprus, for its 15th anniversary it returned to where it all began in Minsk, Belarus – and threw a massive party.

We were there, and we have the pictures to prove it. Following a tour of Minsk, we progressed to the site of the party, part of The Stalin Line. During World War II, these locations were scattered through Belarus, Russia, and the Ukraine. It now serves as a war museum, with tanks, planes, and missiles for people to see and touch (and occasionally sit on with hilarious and disastrous results). It was here that the party was held.

It was a party crossed with a county fair, headlined by The Offspring, consisting of an air show, plenty of events, and lots of people. Check it out.

3 new Xbox Game Pass games that you should play this weekend (December 13-15)
Indiana jones buried in the sand.

Xbox Game Pass has had a wild year of ups and downs. While the introduction of new tiers with different game offerings has made subscribing a more confusing process, lots of fantastic games like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 have still come to the service the day they released. Over the past couple of weeks, we saw the launch of the last few of 2024's day one Xbox Game Pass titles. These range from early access indies to a new Indiana Jones game from the developer of the Wolfenstein series. If you're wondering what you should be playing on Xbox Game Pass this weekend, look to these titles.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

The last major Xbox exclusive release of the year, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, is a first-person action-adventure game based on the iconic Lucasfilm series. Wolfenstein: The New Order and The New Colossus developer MachineGames managed to create a licensed game that still retains a unique gameplay identity, infusing puzzle game and immersive sim gameplay elements into what easily could've been an Uncharted knockoff. If you've ever enjoyed an Indiana Jones film and are subscribed to Xbox Game Pass, then Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is a game you should definitely check out.

3 you PS Plus games that you need to check out this weekend (December 13-15)
Key art for Sly 2: Band of Thieves.

As we wait for the last big batch of PlayStation Plus Premium and Extra titles of 2024, there are still plenty of solid games that you can check out. An RPG available as part of the month's PS Plus Essential lineup is worth checking out for fans of Pokémon, while two PS2 classics are worth the time of Premium subscribers. If you're wondering what you should play this weekend, any of these games are good options to play.
Sly 2: Band of Thieves

Earlier in December, Sony added some classic PS2 games to the PS Plus Premium game catalog to celebrate PlayStation's 30th anniversary. One of those games was Sly 2: Band of Thieves from Sucker Punch Productions. While the first and third games in this series are also now available with PS Plus Premium, Sly 2 is my favorite game in the series. It's this game where Sucker Punch's stealth platformer series came into its own with memorable, well-designed characters, a story that's engaging, and 3D platforming gameplay that's among the best of its console generation. If you've never played any Sly Cooper games before, the franchise is worth checking out now that it's on PS5.
