The company that brought the bedside iPod/iPhone dock to the masses has a few new and exciting offerings up its sleeve for next week’s CES show. We got a sneak peek at three new docks that iHome will be offering for viewing at CES and for purchase later in the year: the Airplay-capable iW4, the bright and colorful iP18, and the Bluetooth-enhanced iD50. The most exciting offering here is definitely the integration of Airplay into the consumer-friendly line of docks, but each design looks refreshed and enhanced in other ways as well.

The brand new iW4 dock ($270, above) comes with built in WiFi and even an Ethernet port, allowing users to easily stream music from their entire iTunes library to the dock thanks to Airplay technology. Besides the host of usual iHome dock features (dual alarms, etc.), the iW4, which is compatible with the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad, features a new swiveling dock connector, 20W of power, and a “Reson8” speaker chamber.

The iHome iP18 is on the more affordable side ($70) and features a funky cube design and party-ready flashing LED lights in different colors. The dockwill have four different color light options, use the company’s Reson8 speaker chamber technology, and come with basic features like one-touch clock sync.

Last but not least, iHome will also debut the new iD50 dock, which is App-enhanced and features Bluetooth technology, making it a great option for playing music or handling your speakerphone call. The sleek and stylish dock will feature all of your requisite Clock Dock features as well as speakers powerful enough to wake you from even the deepest sleep.

Stay tuned as we’ll be going hands-on with these docks and more iHome offerings next week at CES.

How to reset the Nanoleaf Skylight
The Nanoleaf Skylight lighting up a room various shades of purple.

The Nanoleaf Skylight is a unique piece of hardware. Unlike most Nanoleaf products that are quick to install or easy to move and replace, the Skylight is designed as a permanent fixture in your home. Instead of simply plugging it into an electrical outlet, you'll need to hardwire it onto your ceiling – and once it's in place, you'll want it to stay there for years.

However, like all electronics, it's possible for your Nanoleaf Skylight to start acting up. And since there's no easy way to get the entire unit down from your ceiling, you might be wondering how you can quickly solve the problem. Thankfully, Nanoleaf designed a simple way for you to reset the Nanoleaf Skylight without the need to disassemble the entire setup.
