Wii Can Help Burn Victims

Wii Can Help Burn VictimsSomewhere in hospitals in the South East of England, people are playing games on a Wii. No, they’re not skipping work. It’s actually part oftheir physiotherapy treatment.   Spending time on a Wii has proved to be very beneficial to recovering after treatment for burns. The sports games, which involve the full body, encourage moreflexibility, and help patients recover full use of their hands after a skin graft.   According to a BBC report, it’s not only very effective, but patients genuinely love coming for thephysio.   Maureen Adams, head of therapy at Queen Victoria NHS Foundation Trust in East Grinstead, said,   "Using the Wii is a way of significantlyimproving movement, while not seeing the activity as therapy, which helps motivate them. Wii can also be done at home, so patients are able to continue their own personal therapies."   TheWii has been used in the US and elsewhere to aid stroke victims in their rehabilitation, and at least one care home offers it as an activity for residents. But East Grinstead seems to be the firstreal investigation of using the consoles – which were donated to them – to help burns victims.

For whatever reason, romance and marriage have become one of the most essential parts of tactics games such as Unicorn Overlord. Just like combat, however, each game handles the relationship system a little bit differently. It might seem straightforward here, but there is an extra step or two needed to fully commit and marry one of your companions. Aside from just building a strong bond with your favorite character, there are a lot of benefits to improving your relationships. Here's a full tactical rundown of how romance works here so you can form an everlasting bond.
How romance works

Win or lose, you will boost your Rapport at the end of each encounter.

YouTuber Wulff Den released a report on the Steam Deck OLED, showing it suffered from OLED burn-in after 1,500 hours of screen time. This isn't the first time we've seen a torture test on the Steam Deck OLED, but Wulff Den's experiment is particularly potent. The YouTuber was among the only people to put the Nintendo Switch OLED to the test on the burn-in front, and the consistent updates over the course of two years remain some of the most-viewed videos on the channel.
