Notable features of the EufyCam include the one-year battery life of its cameras. After you charge them, they’ll last indoors or out for an entire year without needing another charge. This makes the camera truly wireless, and the only limitations on where you can place these cams are the reach of your wireless internet.
1080p HD video is supported, along with advanced A.I. features which allow the cameras to detect faces and the ability to separate human movement from object movement (i.e. tree branches, passing cars, etc.). We found this to work well in our tests.
While the lack of smart assistant support is a drawback (the capability is apparently a “work in progress”), there is definitely a lot on the video end that allows us to recommend this as a solid security camera system. The one-year battery life and easy setup are also big positives.
