Check out our review of InFamous: Second Son.

The PlayStation 4 exclusive Infamous: Second Son will be available to purchase on March 21, 2014, and Sony is ramping up the marketing in anticipation of the game’s release. To that end, the publisher has released a new live action trailer that introduces us to Delsin, the series’ new protagonist. And Delsin is an interesting guy.

In the game, you probably won’t be able to tear a burning swath across Seattle in quite the same was as you’ll see in the trailer, but the idea behind the commercial does cut right to the heart of the character. We recently spoke with Brian Fleming, the founder of series developer Sucker Punch Productions. We discussed the creation of Delsin, and what separates him from previous protagonist Cole McGrath. One of the most significant differences is Delsin’s attitude toward his powers.

Where Cole saw them as something of a burden, even a duty, Delsin finds his new abilities to be… well, fun. That attitude is reflected in the trailer, and will help to define the character when players guide him through Second Son.

Oh, as for the live action nature of the trailer, it does not mean there will be a live action TV show or movie. Sony apparently just wanted to mess up Seattle a bit.

Thankfully, you don't need to be on the same system to put together such a crew. Here's everything you need to know about Sea of Thieves' cross-platform support.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes makes me appreciate Sea of Stars even more
Sea of Stars main cast

Plenty of modern games have tried to recapture the nostalgic retro vibes of early 1990s RPGs. And some are more successful than others.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, out now, is a spiritual successor to the popular Suikoden series. After all, the game was developed by Rabbit & Bear, a studio composed of previous Konami employees who worked on the Suikoden games. With the series having been dormant without any new entries since 2012, it was Hundred Heroes’ time to shine. It sports an excellent story and fantastic worldbuilding, along with a pixel art direction that invokes those feelings of nostalgia.
