If there was ever a guy to hate out of jealousy, Shaun White would be it. Not content with being a mere Olympic gold medalist for snowboarding, an X-Games gold medalist for skateboarding, and a successful entrepreneur- all while still just 22- White and Ubisoft are teaming to release the first skateboarding game under Shaun White’s name.
Joining the best-selling Shaun White snowboarding franchise, Shaun White Skateboarding offers a unique take on the genre. Players can alter the world around them and turn a dull gray cityscape into a vibrant skater’s playground. As with all skating games, there will be a huge selection of tricks and moves, but we’ll have to wait for the game to see them all.
The game is due out on Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, and PC on October 1. Check out the trailer below for a look at the game.
