All Stim upgrade locations in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

Just like Fallen Order before it, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has many Souls-like elements. Outside of the general flow of combat, and the way Meditation Points work, Stims are essentially analogous to your Estus flas — a limited healing resource that you can only replenish by resting. You will only start with a meager two Stims, leaving you with very little room for error even on low-difficulty settings. Thankfully, Stim Upgrades allow you to increase that number by one for each you manage to find. Given how powerful these are, you’ll want to gather up as many as possible to ensure your survival in the galaxy far, far away. If The Force isn’t so strong with you, allow us to guide you to all the Stim Upgrade locations in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

We will outline where to find each Stim organized by the planet they’re on, so minor spoilers ahead if you haven’t seen every planet in the game yet.

From this Meditation Point, look to your left for the wall you can use your Jedi Jump to scale. Do so and take out the enemy droid on the other side, letting you safely open the large chest at the back of the area it was protecting.

After getting to Rambler’s Reach Outpost on Koboh, you can find Doma’s shop to spend your collecter Priorite on various items, outfits, and other cosmetics. Before you spend anything, make sure you save at least 10 for the Mysterious Keycode, which you can use to unlock the door inside this very shop to reveal the next chest holding a Stim Upgrade.

Basalt Rift

This is the area you will be brought to during the “Reach the Forest Array” main story mission. After you encounter a mogu taking out a stormtrooper, get behind it and wall run along the cliff, and climb up some vines to the top of a slope leading to the Rift Passage area. Don’t enter there, but head right to unlock the chest first.

This chest requires the Force Lift ability, so fast travel back here once you have it. From the workbench, take the elevator on the right. At the top level, Force Lift the door open to your right and take on the Matriach Gorocco mini-boss.

Diagnostics Corridor

When you’re making your way to the Mountain Observatory during the main story, proceed as normal until you come to the fan you need to grapple on to avoid an electrified barrier. After getting across, turn around and squeeze through a partially open door. Once through, toss the grapple pad out the window and launch off it to get to the floor above where you started and get the chest.

In the Prospector’s Folly zone, go north to where the rumor location on your map is marked in the center. Wall run and swing along the edge to get to the platform overlooking the shack and have BD activate the machine to spawn a mine. Use the Force to pick it up and use it to blow a hole in the roof of the shack. Jump on inside to get the Stim Upgrade.

Viscid Bog

After you’ve done just about everything in this area and are able to take the elevator out of this dreadful place, make one last detour towards three stone poles you can use the Force on to make a path through the swamp. The other side will have a mogu mini-boss waiting for you, followed by an even more terrifying fight with a mogu named the Mire Terror. Take them both down, or do your best to run past them and pray you can open the chest on the far end of the arena before they stop you.

This is an unmissable Stim upgrade once you reach this part of the story. While you’re in the cave waiting out the storm, the chest is directly in your path.

Part of the way through the Crypt of Uhrma on the way to Pilgrim’s Crossing, take a side path into the Crypt proper. The back of the room has a puzzle you need to Force push and pull eight blocks, four on the top row and four on the bottom, into the correct orientation. Here are which ones you want pulled out (glowing):

  • Top row: Far left and far right
  • Bottom row: middle two

Once done, the door will open and reveal the chest.

When you’re doing the “Research Tanalorr” mission, you will pick up the “Investigate the Factory Lower Levels” rumor from a droid. Drop down from the zipline to get to the area on your map where the rumor is marked, then use the Ascension Cable to climb up a ledge to your right. Take the next zipline, avoiding the electrified spot, and then follow the catwalk to the right when you land. Pop the chest open to get another Stim upgrade.

All Ancestor Skill locations in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora
An Ikran flies towards a ship in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.

After being raised by humans up until the start of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, your Na'vi has a lot to learn about where they come from and their lost heritage. Part of that is learning how to actually survive and navigate Pandora, but another major aspect is learning new skills. You have your standard five skill trees to invest points into, as well as a set of 12 Ancestor Skills that you can't get by normal means. These skills are far more meaningful when it comes to adding new gameplay options, and can only be obtained by hunting down specific plants to connect with on the map. It's a big world out there, Na'vi, so call your ikran (a dragon-like creature) and we'll guide you through the wilds to the location of every Ancestor Skill.
Where to find all Ancestor Skills
You will get the first Ancestor Skill early on in the game as part of the main story, which unlocks a short double-jump ability. The remaining 11 are completely optional as to whether or not you go out of your way to find them. We recommend waiting until you get your ikran before going after any skills other than the first as the ability to fly will not only make the process infinitely easier, but some skills can't be reached without it.

1. Eject
Eject makes short work of those dangerous RDA soldiers piloting power armor suits by letting you rip them right out of the cockpit. You do have to get close enough to do it, though, so be careful.
2. Drop Impact
Melee attacks are already strong considering you're a giant Na'vi, but you can make them downright deadly with this skill. Any jumping attack you do gets a damage multiplier, up to a maximum of 3, depending on how fast you're running when you melee in the air. As a nice little cherry on top, any nearby enemies also get staggered when you pull off this move.
3. Deeper Connection
Get in touch with your ikran and strengthen your bond, which gives it more stamina for whatever reason.
4. Soft Landing
Falling to your death is a real concern on Pandora. You're constantly climbing trees, mountains, and even floating islands. While it won't save you from a fall from the latter, Soft Landing lets you slide after a long fall to avoid breaking a leg.

All hidden chest locations in Super Mario RPG
Toad explaining Hidden Treasures to Mario.

The remake of the SNES game Super Mario RPG is about as faithful as any fan could hope for. The classic characters, locations, combat mechanics, and music are all back in a new and charming graphical style. While there are a few new tweaks and additions here and there, for the most part, the world is just as you remember from your childhood. That includes those tricky Hidden Chests. Just like in the original, a special set of hidden chests are waiting to be found all across the game world, but for those who haven't played the original, you may go most (if not the entire) game without finding them. Hidden chests, in this case, are actually invisible until Mario jumps up and activates them. Mario is a superstar jumper, but even he would get tired of jumping everywhere possible in search of these secret chests. We'll point out where to find all 39 Hidden Chests in Super Mario RPG so you can reap the rewards without pulling your hair out while trying to find them.

We will list every Hidden Chest in the order you should naturally come across them as you're playing the game so you can follow along. However, if you've already missed some, none of them are missable, so you can always backtrack to get any you might have accidentally passed by. You should also equip the Signal Ring to alert you when a Hidden Chest is in your area.

All Gold Ball locations in Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name
Kiryu listens to a message in his earpiece in Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name.

Every time Kiryu thinks he's out, the Yakuza life pulls him back in. This once again rings true in Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, where we follow Kiryu after his last adventure, but before Ichiban takes up the mantle in Like a Dragon and the upcoming Infinite Wealth. Unlike the majority of the games in the series, you won't be running around the iconic Kamurocho, but mostly Sotenbori, Isezaki Ijincho, and the Castle. What remains the same is the numerous side stories and optional tasks that, for whatever reason, always seem to present themselves to the stoic and brooding Kiryu. One of those this time around is the "Gotta Catch Some Balls!" request given via the new Akame Network where you need to locate seven golden balls hidden around the maps. These are well-hidden little treasures in very dense locations, so here's the location of all seven in Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name.
All gold ball locations

The first six of seven balls can be obtained as soon as you have access to the location they're in. The seventh and final one is tied to a Stroll n' Patrol request that only appears later in the game as a reward.
