GPS devices manufacturer TeleType was showing off their new GPS and MP3 navigation system combo unit at CES 2006. The new WorldNav 3000 XL will come in three different configurations.
The WorldNav 3000 XL weighs less than eight ounces and sports a touch screen. Features in this product line include pre-installed maps for the entire US, visual and voice prompts to direct drivers, integrated MP3 player functionality which can be used the SD memory card slot for expanded music storage, up to 2GB of internal memory, 3D views with pan and zoom functions, a Points of Interest database and a USB cable for connection to a PC for data and music transfer.
