Love that Prisma photo? Hang it as a canvas on your wall with CanvasPop

Made with Love -- behind the scenes with CanvasPop
Your photos deserve a home better than your smartphone. Here to give it to them is CanvasPop, which will turn your Instagram snaps, Prisma photos, or just about any other pictures you can find into works of art — on canvas.

It’s not exactly a newcomer to the photography scene, as CanvasPop has turned people’s favorite Facebook and Instagram snaps into beautiful, wall-worthy pieces for years. But now, the printing company is working with Prisma, whose trendy art filters took the world by storm over the past summer.

Co-founder Adrian Salamunovic told TechCrunch that soon after Prisma’s launch, CanvasPop saw “hundreds” of orders come in, many of which involved Prisma’s painter-esque effects. Now, CanvasPop is in talks with Prisma regarding the integration of its own API with the editor’s iOS and Android apps.

But while that’s still in the works, you can still take your Prisma pieces to the CanvasPop website, and check out the new dedicated Prisma section.

If you have a photo you would like to see adorning your walls, rather than staying trapped in your iPhone or Android device, take it over to CanvasPop, which will optimize and enhance each and every photo it receives to ensure it looks its very best. They are not messing around, either — the company has printed more than 450,000 canvases and they are all guaranteed for life and are made with “only the highest quality materials.” And yes, they are all handcrafted in North America, too.

“Our mission is to surprise and delight our customers in everything we do,” the CanvasPop team says. “From our quality products to our amazing website and our obsessive customer service, we’re here to make you happy.” Thus far, it certainly looks as though the company has succeeded. No detail is spared, as each canvas is even signed by its maker.

So if you’re looking for a unique holiday gift for your friends and family, consider giving them a memory that will look good in any home.
