Noah Super Bowl trailer probably isn’t Bible-accurate

The latest trailer for Noah premiered during the first quarter of a heated Super Bowl contest between the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks. Darren Aronofsky’s take on the Bible’s global flood and the man – Russell Crowe, looking very beardy – who rode it out aboard a massive ark filled with animals probably isn’t quite accurate. It sure looks loud and explode-y though. At one point, you see a whole bunch of fiery beings – angels, perhaps? – soaring down to Earth from deep space.

This was only a 30-second trailer, so any new glimpses at what could accurately be described as the prototypical subject matter for a disaster flick is of the “blink and you’ll miss it” variety. Fortunately, you’re watching this on the Internet and can start/stop to your heart’s content. Noah hits theaters on March 8.

madden nfl 20 superstar ko mode tips and tricks

The final score is in, and the Kansas City Chiefs win against the San Francisco 49ers. In Madden, at least. Holding with its annual tradition, Madden publisher Electronic Arts tapped quarterback brothers Eli and Peyton Manning to run the Super Bowl simulator through its pro football game.

The Chiefs eked out a victory. It would be their first Super Bowl win since 1969, with a score of 35 to 31 against the 49ers. The Mannings were a fitting choice for this year's simulation, with Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes named the predicted MVP.

GOG takes on Blizzard in a big win for game preservation
An orc and human battle in Warcraft Remastered art.

As if its connection to Activision and various scandals over the past few years weren't enough, Blizzard announced its intention to delist Warcraft and Warcraft 2 from GOG, shortly after launching its own, overpriced versions of the two games. Capitalism, right? GOG basically quoted Twisted Sister and said they're not going to take it, and has vowed to make the two games available for anyone who already purchased them, delisted or not.

In what can only amount to Malfurion Stormrage-sized finger to Blizzard, GOG launched its own sale for the two games before they leave the store on December 13. The discount code MakeWarcraftLiveForever will knock $2 off the price of the games, and it's already just $15 for both at GOG.
