Any month that Netflix doesn’t lose a lot of movies has to be considered a win for subscribers. This is no April Fool’s Day joke because there simply aren’t that many films leaving Netflix in April. But that doesn’t mean we won’t miss some of the titles that are going out the door.
From the gothic horror and romance of Crimson Peak to the two different versions of Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight, some legitimately great films won’t be around on Netflix for much longer. Some of these films, like Train To Busan, have left Netflix and later returned. But we can’t guarantee that all of these movies will be back, so catch them while you can.

Crimson Peak (2015) new
Most directors would wait until late in the movie to give viewers one of the creepiest ghosts we’ve ever seen on film. Guillermo del Toro does it in the first few minutes of Crimson Peak, as a young Edith Cushing receives a warning that she doesn’t understand. At the dawn of the 20th century, Edith (Mia Wasikowska) is a wealthy young woman who falls in love with an inventor named Thomas Sharpe (Tom Huddleston).
Thomas quickly romances and marries Edith before taking her home to his family’s rundown estate, Crimson Peak. As she adjusts to her new life, Edith is taken aback by her new sister-in-law, Lucille Sharpe (Jessica Chastain), who is unusually close with her brother. This old house also has more than its share of literal ghosts, and their numbers are growing all of the time.
