Well known computer manufacturer Dell was busy at CES 2006 with three big product announcements. These announcements will add to Dell’s line up a high performance gaming computer, a widescreen entertainment focused notebook and a 30†flat panel monitor.
Dell’s new high performance gaming computer is the limited edition XPS 600 Renegade. Due to be available in the spring of this year, each unit is custom painted by car artwork specialist Mike Lavallee. Features of the XPS 600 Renegade will include an Intel Extreme Edition dual-core processor over-clocked to 4.26GHz, dual Nvidia GeForce 7800 graphics cards with quad scalable link interface technology, up to 20GB of 667MHz DD2 low-latency memory, internal memory storage options ranging up to a 500GB capacity drive and Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2.
Also rolling out of Dell’s facilities is the new Inspiron E1705, an Intel dual-core processor desktop replacement style notebook.
