Malibal, a laptop manufacturer, yesterday announced what they are calling the world’s first 19†notebook computer with dual Nvidia GPUs. The new Veda Series is currently priced at $3,299 for a base configuration and looks to be available now.
The Malibal Veda Series, said the computer manufacturer, has a 19â€, 1680 x 1050 LCD and sports a pair of Nvidia GeForce Go 7800 GTX GPUs. These are coupled with an Nvidia nForce4 SLI media and communications processor. Other features of this laptop include on-board AMD Turion 64 mobile technology, dual-channel PC2-3200 DDR 400MHz memory, Microsoft Windows XP Professional, 802.11g integrated wireless, integrated Bluetooth, double layer 8x DVDRW +/- optical drive and a wide array of ports for various A/V and data connections.
