Question: What information from Destiny 2 will transfer to Steam?

All of your player content from Destiny 2 will be migrated to Steam. This includes accounts, expansions, silver, annual passes, and more. In your migration, you will not lose any player data, and the experience should continue seamlessly.

Question: Can I redeem Destiny 2 Battle.net codes after the transfer?

How to appear offline on Steam
Gaming on PC at desk with RGB lighting.

No one can deny that Steam is the most fully-featured storefront for PC gaming. With regular Steam sales that discount the best PC games, every gamer has a Steam account. That likely means you have a full Friends list of people wanting to play or chat all the time. That's usually great, but sometimes you just want to settle in for some solo gaming without people sending messages or asking to play. An easy way to avoid that is to appear offline.

Your Steam demos are about to get much more organized
A bunch of steam demos listed on the Steam Demos page.

Steam is implementing changes to how demos work on the platform, which will not only help developers with getting their games discovered but makes the experience better for users.

The biggest change, according to a post on Steam, is that demos are easier to both find, install, and remove from your library. You don't have to immediately install the demo to add it to your library, and if you want to remove it, all you have to do is right-click on the game and select "remove from account" or just uninstall it. You can also install one even if you own the game.
