If you want something just as functional as the Dell XPS 13, but you’re devoted to the cult of Apple (or just want to get in on its incredible designs and performance), it’s hard to find a better everyday laptop than the MacBook Air. Apple recently relaunched this series, tackling the main three areas that had presented challenges to users in its former incarnations: The price, the design, and security. Visually, what’s new is an even sharper Retina display, a more compact body, and, finally, Touch ID (security check!). On top of these improvements, the latest Air comes with a tenth-generation Intel Core i3 processor (it’s superfast), Intel Iris Plus Graphics, and 8GB of memory, which is enough to allow you to do about a million things at once, seamlessly. It’s also got wider stereo sound than before, USB Type-C ports and up to 11 hours of battery. For basic tasks and everyday computing, this is a gorgeous, light, affordable option. And it might not get cheaper than this early Black Friday Deal.

Dell XPS 13 — $1,000, was $1,050

The Dell XPS 13 is Dell’s most popular for a reason, several reasons actually. This is at once Dell’s smallest laptop and the most powerful 13-inch laptop in its class. It’s only 2.7 pounds, thinner than ever before, but it’s loaded with a 10th-gen Intel Quad Core processor and 8GB of RAM, and will guarantee lightning-fast and uninterrupted performance. This is the little laptop that could, with 256 GB PCIe SSD and battery that just won’t quit. On a full charge, it lasts up to 19 hours and 24 minutes; if you’re streaming the entire time, it can more than 10 and a half hours. On top of this, the 13-inch screen is amazing, with 13.3 inches in full HD 1920 x 1080 display, which boasts brilliant colors and precise imagery using 400-nit brightness. The keyboard is sizeable and user-friendly (big keycaps). The Dell XPS 13 has a gorgeous, sleek design, is voice-activated from 14 feet away and its connectivity is next generation: There are 3 Thunderbolt multi-use Type-C ports that allow the fastest charges and data data transfers up to 40Gbps (that’s 8 times faster than your old USB).

Best Buy has a refurbished MacBook for $580, and it’s a good buy

Typically, refurbished MacBook deals, or most refurbished laptop deals for that matter, aren't worth the cost. You can buy a brand-new system for about the same price, especially thanks to the best MacBook deals out there. But that's not the case with a deal Best Buy has available right now. You can get a Geek Squad Certified and refurbished MacBook Air, with an Intel 8th Gen Core i5,  for just $580 -- that saves you $320 off the usual $900 price. A newer model MacBook Air is going to cost you over $900, especially when you factor in taxes and shipping. This is the 2019 model, so while it is a few years old, you're still getting a laptop that can go the distance, as Apple's software updates usually keep older systems performing well.

If you missed the chance at getting the device with a discount for the past couple of months, you wouldn't want to waste this opportunity. MacBook Air M1 just hit its lowest ever price — Get it for $650

Apple MacBooks do go on sale every so often, but the discounts and the prices are pretty much the same across the board. That is, until now. Best Buy just unveiled a deal that drops the 2020 MacBook Air M1 model to its lowest price ever -- it's just $650. Normally $1,000, you're saving quite a bit here, about $350, that you could put towards anything else you want, really. It's an excellent opportunity to upgrade to a newer model or grab a new computer you've been wanting for much less. Even though it's not one of the newest models, it still runs great thanks to Apple's software updates and is extra versatile. You can use it for work, play, casual browsing, and much more. Definitely capitalize on this deal if you're interested. It's one of the best we've seen in a long while.
