Survivor is the reality show that started it all. After premiering in 2000 on CBS with huge success, the series has since churned out 47 seasons (season 48 debuts on February 26, 2025) in nearly 25 years — creating a franchise that has truly lived up to its name. Hosted by Jeff Probst, the show brings together a group of strangers to provide food, fire, and shelter for themselves. Each week, the contestants compete in challenges and vote to eliminate one another from the game with the last remaining contestant winning a grand prize of $1,000,000. The show is widely considered a trailblazer in American reality TV as the first highly rated and profitable reality show on broadcast television in the U.S. To start catching up on all of the high-stakes drama, here’s how to watch Survivor online.

Three acclaimed but overlooked Apple TV series headline this weekend's watchlist.
A still from Dark Matter (2024) on Apple TV

Some of the best series on Apple TV have earned great reviews, yet none of them get talked about nearly as much as they deserve. That's why I have included three different genres in this weekend's binge list, which is based on a bestselling sci-fi novel, a beloved wine manga, and a true-crime memoir. The best part is that each one of these shows manages to outdo its source material's reputation on the screen.

We also have guides to the best new movies to stream, the best movies on Netflix, the best movies on Hulu, the best free movies, and the best movies on Amazon Prime Video.

We also have guides to the best new movies to stream, the best movies on Netflix, the best movies on Hulu, the best free movies, and the best movies on Amazon Prime Video.

Prime Video's home screen has looked the same for years, with rows of tiles that rarely matches what you actually want to watch. Amazon is betting AI can change that, and Jeff Bezos is personally driving the effort.

Bezos reportedly directed Prime Video head Mike Hopkins to overhaul the streaming service so AI sits front and center, according to Reuters. The project carries an internal codename, Lighthouse, and it's already reshaping how the app might work.
