How to respec your skills in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

As is expected from a game taking inspiration from the soulslike genre, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty includes many different Virtues into which you can invest your points, known as Genuine Qi. Being one of the more brutal styles of game, investing in the wrong stats can make your journey unnecessarily more difficult. How to respec your character in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

The only requirements before you can respec your character are to reach the Hidden Village and beat the third main story mission. This will act as your hub during the game, and after beating the Search of the Immortal Wizard quest, a house will open up.

Step 1: Enter the house and speak to Zuo Ci.

Step 2: From the list of options he gives you, select Reset Parameters.

Step 3: Remove and reallocate your points between the five Virtues to best suit your needs.

Step 4: Redistributing points doesn't cost you anything, and can be done as many times as you like, however, be aware that moving your stats around could cause some spells to no longer be usable. If you move points back or add more later, those spells will be available again without having to purchase them a second time.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty received a demo on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, allowing you to try out Team Ninja's challenging new Soulslike title for a limited time between September 16 and September 25.

Announced by publisher Koei Tecmo during Tokyo Game Show, the trial version of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is an in-development look at what Team Ninja has been working on over the past few years. Of course, the team is known for sharing limited-time demos for its games, as titles like Nioh and Nioh 2 both received multiple beta tests leading up to their respective releases. And as with those previous trials, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty's demo requires an online connection to access, though it's worth noting that it doesn't require a paid membership to PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold.

How to get a gun in Another Crab’s Treasure

Another Crab's Treasure no doubt looks like a kid-friendly game, but hiding beneath its charming and cute exterior is a challenging soulslike experience that can test the mettle of genre veterans. Those who either can't or don't want to engage with such intense difficulty throughout this underwater adventure can make great use of a variety of assists. Among these is a rather shocking, but hilarious option that can completely negate nearly all of the game's challenge while providing some laughs along the way. Here's how to get a gun in Another Crab's Treasure.
How to get a gun
To give yourself a gun in Another Crab's Treasure, head over to the Settings menu. Navigate to Assist Mode at the bottom of the menu, then scroll to the bottom once more to a setting called Give Kril a Gun. Toggle this on, then back out and resume your game to find that Kril now has a massive pistol on his back in place of a shell.

This new gun on your back provides you with more than just a funny visual, though -- it actually allows you to shoot and kill any enemy in a single hit, nearly eliminating all of the challenge from the game. Additionally, if you're after trophies or achievements, the first time you shoot a crab with the gun will also unlock "This Kills the Crab."
