How to delete your Arlo account

Canceling your Arlo subscription means you'll no longer have to make monthly payments, but it won't delete all your account information. To do that, you'll need to delete your account. Keep in mind that deleting your account will permanently erase your account data (such as settings and recordings), and you won't have the option to restart your account.

Still sure you want to delete your Arlo account? Follow these steps.

Step 1: Go to the official Arlo website.

Step 2: Go to Settings, then enter the Privacy Center.

Step 3: Navigate to your Account tab. Depending on your account, this might be in the Data Privacy submenu.

Step 4: Select Delete Arlo Account, then confirm your selection by selecting Permanently Delete Arlo Account.

Step 5: Wrap up the process by following any pop-up instructions.

Step 6: With that done, you'll get one last email from Arlo confirming the deletion.

The Tineco Carpet ONE Cruiser will deep clean and flashdry your carpets with ease
Tineco Carpet One Cruiser in use all throughout a home

Dirty carpets or rugs? Yeah, we all have experienced that or one time or another. You can go through the hassle of throwing it in the washer -- if you can fit it -- and then letting it air dry, but only if it's a rug. You cannot do that with a carpet. So, it's always good to have a carpet cleaner on hand, but so many of them have not been upgraded with the times as your average vacuum has. Or have they? Tineco is throwing that idea on its head with its innovative Carpet One Cruiser a smart carpet cleaner equipped with the brand's unique features. For example, it incorporates Tineco's iLoop smart sensor technology to detect how dirty the carpet is and adjust cleaning power to match. Or, how about the integrated FlashDry self-cleaning system? It cleans the brush roller, suction inlet, and related parts like the brush roller cover with just a single press of a button. Then it completely dries the brush with hot air, taking all of that extra work off you. Yes, please. For a limited time, Digital Trends' readers can use code TINDTCARPET to get 20% off a Carpet ONE Cruiser purchase -- that's about $100 off bringing the regular price from $699 down to $599 so you don't want to ignore that deal.
