Best Buy discounts Ring home security cameras for Memorial Day — save $50

Best Buy added three deals on Ring security cameras and lights to its early Memorial Day sales. Whether you are looking for security cameras for indoors or outdoors, with or without lights, Ring has you covered, and Best Buy has three of the best Ring models on sale.

Ring Stick Up Security Camera — $85, was $100

Every family has different security needs and preferences. The Ring Stick Up Cam Battery model is an excellent choice for most home security configurations. You can use it indoors or outdoors, and it doesn’t need to plug it in for either network connectivity or power. The battery-operated Stick Up Cam Battery lasts six months to a year on a fully charged battery, and recharging takes four to six hours. You can wall-mount the camera or use it in freestanding mode.

The Ring Stick Up Cam records 1080p full HD video with a 130-degree horizontal field of view when its motion detector senses movement. You can configure the camera to send an alert to your smartphone so you can talk to whoever is in range via the camera’s two-way audio feature. The camera is Alexa-compatible, so you can see live video or view recorded video clips stored in the cloud with any Amazon Echo-compatible smart display.

Normally $100, the Ring Stick Up Cam Battery is on sale for $85 at Best Buy and includes a free third-generation Amazon Echo Dot.

Ring Spotlight Security Camera — $170, was $200

Ring’s Spotlight Cam Wire-Free is a 1080p Full HD video camera with infrared night vision, two-way talk, and adjustable motion sensors. The light also has an internal 110-decibel siren that can be activated remotely. The Spotlight Cam is suitable for indoor or outdoor installations, and Ring rates its rechargeable battery life for six to 12 months between charge depending on the camera and light activity.

You can view live video and audio with the Ring app born iOS or Android mobile drives or with an Amazon Alexa-compatible smart display. Optional Ring Protect service plans cover premium services cost $3 per month per camera. Ring’s $10 per month Protect Plus plan covers an unlimited number of Ring cameras. Ring includes lifetime purchase protection and will replace cameras if stolen.

The Ring Spotlight Cam Wire-free ordinarily costs $200, but Best Buy cut the price to $170 for the Memorial Day Sale and included a free Echo Dot. If you want to add a security spotlight anywhere on your property with motion detection-activated video and audio recording, take advantage of this holiday discount.

Ring Floodlight Security Camera — $200, was $250

Ring’s Floodlight Cam is a powerful wired device with two bright floodlights and an adjustable range motion-activated 1080p full HD video camera. The Floodlight Cam also records audio and supports two-way audio talk. You can talk with visitors through the light’s speakers via the Ring app on an iOS or Android smartphone or tablet or an Amazon Alexa-compatible smart speaker or smart display. The device also includes a 110-decibel siren for manual activation via the Ring App.

Normally listed for $250, the Ring Floodlight Cam is on sale for $200 with a free Echo Dot smart speaker. If you want a set of bright floodlights with video and audio recording to install over a garage door or any other area, this is an excellent time to take advantage of this deal.
