DELL Axim X5 PDA Review

Digit-Life reviews the extremely popular Dell Axim X5. While we liked the Dell Axim, we found the size to be bulky. Read on to see how Digit-Life ranks their X5.

Quote from the article:

“The Axim X5 is a very good choice for its money. It includes functions vital for a modern PDA (a lot of memory, expandability, high-quality color display) and some features which let us handle this PDA with ease (removable battery, two expansion slots, jog dial). The only downside is that it’s a bit too massive. What I’m really fascinated with is rubber stripes on its sides: they hold the computer tightly in your hand.”

Our take: While the Dell Axim may not be the best looking or even the smallest PDA on the market, there is no doubt that you get your money’s worth in the way of features and expansion. We reviewed the 300MHz Axim here a while ago and were very pleased with it.
