Siemens Introduces New A Series Phones

Siemens Mobile has announced three new A series handsets, the A51, A53 and A62. Pictures and information are inside.

The A51 is geared towards keeping in touch with friends and family simply.   Whether planning a shopping trip, a night out in town, or a movie at the cinema with friends and family, the A51 provides consumers with all the basic tools to make communication as easy as possibl e.   SMS, or EMS (Enhanced Message Service), thanks to various pre-installed images, sounds and animations all help to bring friends closer.  

Available in Urban Grey and weighing a mere 84g, the A51 is offered with a variety of exchangeable CLIPit Covers, allowing users to express their personality by choosing from an array of fun logos and ten integrated polyphonic ring tones.   Many exciting games are also available, including Stack Attack and Wacko. 

Other useful functionalities provided by the A51 that make life easier include an alarm clock, quick dial options, hotkeys for chatting with friends, and an integrated phone book, storing up to 50 phone numbers, 250 hours of stand-by-time and up to 300 minutes of talk-time.

The A51 is available with a range of additional Siemens Original Accessories.   A variety of stylish carry cases, such as the Leather Holster and Belt Case and a choice of different chargers, such as Desk Top Charger, Travel Charger or Car Charger Plus all complement the handset. 

The lightweight (84g) A53 has a sleek design and a range of colors, including Moon Silver and Urban Grey/Silver.   Understanding consumers everywhere desire the need for a phone to match their personality, with an array of fun logos and ten integrated polyphonic ring tones.  

The A53’s basic functionality makes communicating with friends easy, whether it be via voice, SMS to group, or various pre-installed images, sounds and animations – EMS (Enhanced Message Service) messages. And, with a stand-by-time of up to 250 hours and talk-time of up to 5 hours, the A53 keeps you in touch with friends and family for longer. 

The A53 also offers a variety of gaming options to make time on the move even more fun when away from friends and family.   Pre installed games such as Stack Attack and Wacko are a welcome distraction for game lovers. The phone will be available throughout Latin America exclusively from January 2005. The price will be available locally.
