Yesterday we formally introduced you to Canon’s latest DSLR, the 1D X. The newest addition to Canon’s lineup of action-shooters sounds impressive to say the least, and boasts three DIGIC image processors, a full-frame 18-megapixel CMOS sensor, and of course, shoots at blazingly fast speeds. But we won’t bore you with anymore specs, except to say that this hands-on video from PetaPixel shows off what shooting an 18-megapixel image at14-frames-per-second looks and sounds like. Maybe it will inspire you to start saving for the $6,800 camera. Enjoy.
