Vodafone's AT&T bid could be put on hold with new Verizon deal in the works.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Vodafone Group’s plans to bid on AT&T Wireless Services Inc. could be on hold because Vodafone is now considering a much larger deal to acquire Verizon Communications Inc.
The deal would be a hostile takeover bid which could cost Vodafone $150 billion.
