Nokia's new 5500 smartphone aims at the athletically inclined, with a durable casing, text-to-speech features, and an integrated pedometer.

Today Nokia announced its forthcoming 5500 sports-styled smartphone, designed to appeal to the active and athletically inclined who need a durable, splash resistant phone which can help them through their workouts.
