We get a look at the Xio Gaming Exoskeleton controller by Forcetek which might make gamers look even more goofy than Microsoft's Kinect.

Motion gaming just got a whole lot crazier – or it will, if Forcetek’s Xio ever reaches the market. The gaming exoskeleton literally straps onto your arm and wrist like a prototype from Tony Stark’s lab, then translates the motion of your arm directly into video games. Besides offering input much more complex that the simple swishing motions of a Wii controller, the Xio will eventually be able to mimic force – like simulating the weight of a basketball in the hand – to reinforce muscle memory and more closely simulate the motions from the screen.

  2. Ian Bell at 9:05pm 16th June 2010 I think most people will pass on this one. Looks a little awkward, and I am not sure Gray will be the color of choice for most people haha.
